For many students, getting into college can feel overwhelming and scary. But applying to college is just the first step in the long journey of campus life, where new people have strange and exciting conversations in a new and often unfamiliar language. This camp is aimed at helping high school students tell their academic story in a college entrance essay for admissions committees. But we don't just want you to go to college; we want you to thrive there. Therefore, the camp will also cover various college disciplines by learning to write like a scientist, an art critic, a business leader, and a creative writer. We will journey across campus to different adventures as we learn to write ourselves into college, and, once there, how to develop a powerful and impressive voice that gets noticed.
